We lost out to St Mollerans in the quarter final tie which was played in Tramore. The sides were level after 10 minutes at two points apiece. At half time it was 8 points to six for the Carrickbeg outfit. A Christy Burke goal just before the waterbreak in the second half saw us trail by four points.
