We played our third game in the County Senior Hurling League on Saturday April 27th. Roanmore were the visitors to Crooke for a game which was played in the aftermath of Storm Hannah. Playing with the assistance of a strong wind we opened up a clear lead which was extended further when Thomas Connors raised the green flag.
Second half goals from Eoghan Reilly and Mike Hutchinson put the matter beyond doubt in what was a workman like performance.
Next: We travel to play newly promoted Clonea in round 4 of the league on Thursday May 2nd with a 7:15pm throw in. Our final game is a home one against De La Salle in June.
