The County Bord na nOg Division 2 championship got underway when Passage played hosts to Naomh Brid. Six teams are in Group A and will be joined by teams from Group B later. This game had everything. Goals, some fine individual performances and drama. Having trailed by 10 points at one stage we rallied strongly to secure victory on a scoreline of Passage 3;12 Noamh Brid 2:10.

Our round three clash with De La Salle will go ahead in Walsh Park at 18:30hrs on Saturday August 13th. The group placings will then determine the preliminary quarter final ties.
Victories against St Saviours and Naomh Pol have secured runners up spot in group1 of the JJ Murphy sponsored Eastern Junior Hurling championship. The quarter final is listed for Thursday August 18th
